Return or exchange of goods for pets of good quality is not regulated separately by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights"

Pet products are subject to the same rules that apply to the corresponding groups of goods intended for human use.

You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order.

If any product was purchased for the animal that did not suit him in size, style, color or characteristics, you have the right to contact the melarsomine.com store within 14 (fourteen) days, starting from the next day after the delivery of the order, and demand on legal rights exchange of goods or refund of the amount spent if there is no similar suitable product and there are no other alternatives for exchange.

However, there are several requirements:

• the presentation and packaging of the product were not damaged, all tags and labels were in place;
• the product was not in use: there are no signs of use, scratches, chips, scuffs, etc .;
• the goods ordered by you are subject to return and exchange;
• the product is packaged in the same way as upon receipt;

What items can I not return/exchange?

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 172 dated March 19, 1994 on the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the following are not subject to return:

• foodstuffs
• medical goods: medicines and devices for the treatment of animals, medical clothing, blankets, bandages, etc.
• hygiene items,
• soft or inflatable toys,
• goods for puppies and kittens (diapers, nipples, feeding bottles, drinkers, etc.),
• perfumes, cosmetics and products in aerosol packaging,
• towels, bedspreads, sun loungers, houses
• toothbrushes, combs, combs, grooming tools
• hosiery
